T+HUIS FOUNDATION The T+HUIS is a design organisation with a social heart. They work with multi-disciplinary student interns to design and offer programs for children in neighbourhoods. Furthermore they apply a design approach to designing systems in neighbourhoods that bring parties to work together to create an atmosphere around the children that is relevant and engaging. My role in the T+HUIS as lead designer was to bring shape to the organisations strategy, guide student interns through their learning, create teams to develop the methods and approaches both in design and pedagogics. Furthermore it was my role to disseminate the knowledge and experience we gained online and through publications and short films.
